Panto is a villain that appears in BoBoiBoy Galaxy.
Story[]
Panto debuts in Episode 12, where he has sneaked into the TAPOPS Headquarters, using Jokertu as a distraction in Episode 7. He uses the air vents to sneak into the Power Sphere Vault and steals three Power Spheres, BalloonBot, CementBot and FireBot. However, he is discovered by Papa Zola when he exits into his room. Papa Zola was able to report Panto's whereabouts, but Panto was able to escape to Laundry Room, where he was able to load the stolen Power Spheres into a pod and send them to his contracter at a sinister carnival-like planet.
He was later found by BoBoiBoy and his friends. Panto was able to engage in an intense battle with BoBoiBoy, with the help of a hidden Power Sphere named InviBot. However, he was eventually defeated by BoBoiBoy and Gopal. He was taken into custody of TAPOPS.
Personality[]
Panto doesn't talk a lot, but a lot of his personality is shown through his actions. Although he seems like a very nervous and timid individual, as well as easily frightened, he is also shown to be extremely vicious in battle, in a very creepy way.
Unlike other villians, Panto seems to hold a close connection with his Power Sphere, InviBot, whom he tearfully hugs after the latter is captured by BoBoiBoy. He seems genuinely scared and remorseful of his actions after he is taken into custody.
Appearance[]
As a circus boy, Panto dressed like a prisoner in prison, a black and white striped shirt and a small pocket on his stomach up to his feet. Wearing a small black hat on the edge of his head. He has white skin with two pink spots on both cheeks. His shoes are brown.
Abilities[]
Panto heavily relies on InviBot, who gives him the ability to conjure invisible things out of his imagination as long as he is in the proximity of the invisible field. With this given ability, he can create various items and weapons such as ropes, guns, bazookas, cars, chainsaws and robots. He can also trap opponents or protect himself by putting up invisible walls which are highly resistant as shown that Yaya is unable to break the walls with her Mighty Punches. The invisible objects created are immune to Gopal's Molecule Manipulation.

Trivia[]
- His appearance and abilities are similar to a mime.
- The name 'Panto' is probably taken from the word "pantomime", which is a type of mime-related entertainment.
- Although in the English Version, Papa Zola refers to Panto as a 'Little Goblin', in the Malay version, Papa Zola actually refers to Panto as a "Tuyul" which is actually a type of Malaysian-Indonesian demon/ghost that makes contracts with people in return for their services. Tuyuls take the form of gray-alien-like babies, which is similar Panto's apperance, which is probably why Papa Zola makes that connection.
- Anas Abdul Aziz posted on facebook about the creation of Panto
- The trickiest part creating Panto was one, he had no dialogues in the script so we had to write something like "opens the door and starts the engine, eeekk ek ek ekk". The action was not specified.
- Second, recording his voices without a dialogue and knowing what to do was difficult. So the audio and animation team had to discuss, act out how he would move while making the mouth sounds. So we mockuped the mouth sounds exactly like how he will be animated.
- Third and finally, the animation team had to listen to what seemed like gibberish audio, and act it out so suffice to say briefing it to the animators was detailed and hilarious.
- Not to mention it was VERY hard to animate a character interacting with an immaterial object and make it look believable. After it was done, audio team auditioned internal staff to be Panto, then added a lot more "gestures" from extra animation movements.
